We have been married since 1967, we have two sons, Troy who is an engineer with Eagle Wings, he is married to Kim and they have two daughters Elizabeth and Katherine. Thad and his wife Jodi, moved to Playa de Coco, Costa Rica in 2006. Jodi teaches English in Liberia at an International Christian School. We have been a successful husband and wife team since 1988, known throughout Champaign and Northern Douglas counties as the "Spouses Selling Houses". Julie Keeney, Realtor - Julie joined the team of Don/Elaine Rund as a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2005. Julie is involved in both the buying and selling sides of real estate. I really try to put my clients at ease, making sure I listen carefully to each of their needs. Having satisfied clients at the end of the day is a top priority. Julie and her husband, Jeff are parents of one daughter, Hannah who will be attending college as a member of the softball team this fall.

Kim Kirby, Licensed Administrative Assistant. Kim is a native of Champaign were she currently lives with her husband, Dave and daughter, Ashley. She has an Associates Degree in Business Administration and an extensive background in all of the real estate processes including contractual, marketing and customer service. During the buying and selling process with our clients, Kim makes sure all bases are properly covered, all paperwork is correctly filed with the attorney and mortgage company, she schedules appointments, keeps our clients informed and designs marketing materials for our properties.
